PopChips Star Wars Galaxy Puffs : A Great Snack Option for any Jedi in Training

I don't know about everyone else, but I often struggle with finding snack options for my daughter that she actually wants to eat, but aren't chips or cookies. When we got the opportunity to review Popchips, I will admit we have never tried them before, but they have BB8 on the bag, so I figured why not?

{Just kidding} - although the fact that they are Star Wars Galaxy Puffs made them more appealing to Daphnie for sure, especially with the fun character shapes, it's the first thing she noticed when we grabbed a few bags from Kroger.

So Saturday we decided to go to the park since it was a beautiful day. As I was trying to decide on a healthy snack to take along, I figured it would be the perfect time to try out the Popchips Star Wars Galaxy Puffs, so we packed up a bag along with a blanket as Daphnie is slightly obsessed with 'picnics' {seriously, she would eat every meal while sitting on a blanket in the grass if we'd let her} and because the Popchips are Star Wars themed, she wanted to bring along her Star Wars Lightsaber to do some Jedi training. Since I'm also a Star Wars fan, I figured she should probably have her hair styled to match Rey, her favorite Star Wars character...and then we were off to the park!

After she was done with her Jedi training she was ready for a snack, so we spread out the blanket and sat down to try the Popchips Galaxy Puffs. I am delighted to say they are pretty delicious! We both love the white cheddar flavor and I love that they are a better option than potato chips! Popchips Star Wars Galaxy Puffs are never fried, non-gmo, gluten free and made with real aged white cheddar. They are definitely a win for this mom.
