Baking Hershey's Kisses Peanut Butter Blossoms!

One of my favorite fall/winter hobbies is baking! I love to bake! Cookies are one of my favorites, and peanut butter Hersheys blossoms are a staple for our Thanksgiving gatherings. 

Recipe:

Hershey's® Kisses® (approx 24)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup butter/margarine (softened)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)

1 egg

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

additional granulated sugar (for rolling the cookie dough balls in)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350° Cream together butters and sugars on low, add egg. Mix in baking powder, baking soda and flour until dough forms.

Roll dough into 2" balls, roll in extra granulated sugar, bake for 8 minutes. After baking, press unwrapped Hershey's® Kiss in the middle of the cookie.
