One of my favorite things about Christmas and the Holiday season is gifting! I LOVE giving gifts. I haven't read the 5 Love Languages yet, but my husband has and is convinced that one of my Love Languages is gifts. I'm always trying to find the perfect thing for everyone to make their day.

For one of my best friends, and cousin's wife - Stephanie - who is a new mom, I thought this cozy pair of BearPaw slippers from Famous Footwear would be perfect. Steph is a special education teacher, and often comes home with bumps and bruises when one of the kids in her class has a rough day. I don't know of anyone more deserving of some relaxation. She's also a pro at this whole mom thing, and her little nugget is beyond perfect, I mean, look at that little peanut! {*insert all of the heart eyes here*}

Techy - Chic Holiday Gift Guide

The holidays are upon us and I could not be more excited to release my first Gift Guide of the season! This one is so special to me because it's for the woman like me - who loves both style and technology! Technology is such a huge part of my life and I embrace it at every turn.

I love checking out all of the latest gadgets - especially the ones that make my life easier! I have and have used each item on this list, so each recommendation could not be more genuine.

1. Neato Botvac D6 Connected

Let me just start by saying I am a long time Neeto fan - we go way back, to 3 years ago when I put my broom and vacuum down and never picked them up again. Seriously though, we had the original Neato Botvac and loved it, then they got more technologically advanced and we gained another pooch this year (one that sheds) and so it was time for a new vac.

If you've never seen anyone geek out over a vacuum - well here it comes...

First of all, it's designed to rid the floor of pet hair and all of the allergens that come with it. Next, it uses lasers to map a floor plan of your house and remembers up to three floor plans! From the app you can mark 'no-go' lines where you do not want the Botvac to go, for example, if you know your daughters room is super messy and the Botvac will surely get lost in the abyss or suck up her favorite shirt, you can tell it that you do not want it to clean that room, so easy! Probably my favorite feature of all though is that you can control it through your Alexa Device 'Alexa, tell Neato to start cleaning' - it's literally like having your own maid. We named ours Mary Poppins!

2. Clairsonic Mia 3-in-1

Unless you live under a rock, I'm sure you know that the Clairsonic Mia is a very popular face cleansing brush - and rightly so, as it is the #1 recommended cleansing device by dermatologists! She can even place amazon orders, play music, turn lights on or off, control your TV and Xbox...the possibilities are endless - and there are new skills being created all the time for new things she can learn to do. Another thing I like to use it for is as an intercom - you can 'drop in' on any specific device, or make an announcement on all devices.

This watch is proof that beauty and brains go hand in hand...just look how gorgeous it is! Powered by Wear Google OS, it has fitness and heart rate tracking, social media notifications, text/email access, GPS enabled, payment capabilities and so much more. The face is also interchangable with other bands. This watch is definitely on my Christmas list - hint hint hubs!

5 Sets of the Cutest Matching Family Christmas Pajamas!

I don't know what it is this year but I am really in the Christmas mood so much earlier than usual! I don't know if it's the snow on the ground (what!?) or all of the new decorations I just picked up,  but I'm ready!

I have been working on so many gift guides for you all this year and I cannot wait to share them - I will probably be posting my first one within the next few days and couldn't be more excited! Until then, I figured I'd share my favorite sets of Matching Family Christmas Pajamas!

How fun are these The Grinch pajamas from Hanna Andersson? We had a blast shooting in them - it was fun getting my husband out of the house wearing them - we shot these images next to a small gravel road that usually isn't very busy, but as we are shooting - a car drives by so my husband, being completely embarrassed and not wanting to be seen in his pajamas runs into the trees to hide. LOL
